Terry Morehouse

Having been in retail management for 25 years, Terry has extensive management experience at both the store district levels. Terry’s last district manager’s position was for Gander Mountain Retail Stores in which his district exceeded 100 million dollars in sales. Terry spent 10 years with Gander Mountain in which 6 of those were at the district level. In his district alone he was responsible for over 600 associates.

Prior to Gander Mountain, Terry held management positions with Target stores. He credits a large portion of his business knowledge to them. “Target Stores have an incredible infrastructure in which they understand excellence, operations, and associate relations so well”.

Terry is currently the Business Administrator and one of the Assistant Pastors at Faith Builders International Ministries. A position he has held for the last 4 ½ years. In addition to this position, he and his wife are owners of Vivid Hair & Skin Co. in Janesville, WI; an AVEDA concept Salon/Spa. “As the Business Administrator for Faith Builders I wear many hats! Even though it is a multi-million dollar operation our resources are not like a major retailer. A major retailer has a Human Resource Manager, Operations, Finance, Legal dept, etc., and at Faith Builders International I encompass all of those positions”.

One of Terry’s main objectives is to help business owners succeed. He spends many hours meeting with people who are in business or wanting to start a business. As a current business owner himself, he brings a lot of wisdom and practicality to his seminars. He will share with you the bumps he has experienced, especially the challenges you face when you first start your dream.
